We have a line up of other collections in the works so keep checking our Site or sign up to our regular mailing program. 2. How long have you been in business? Since August 2007. NailArtDiva.com Site was officially launched on December 2007. 3. Where are you located? Our main office is currently located in New Bern, North Carolina. Our fulfillment house is located in Mobridge, South Dakota. 4. What are your regular business hours?
We are required by law to charge sales tax for sales made in the state of NC and SD and purchases are currently subject to 7.2% and 6.0% sales tax. 6. Will you be selling your product anywhere other than on the web site? Yes, it also available this year in various retail stores and other ecommerce sites. Back to top SHIPPING INFORMATION 1. How long does it take to get my order? (What are the shipping options?) Orders received are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt except Saturday and Sunday which will be processed during the next business day which is Monday. We also offer 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries. Under Shipping Method, the default is the Standard delivery which would be a typical 7-10 business days. So please make sure that you select in the shipping method the best one suited for your needs whether you prefer standard (do nothing) or 2nd Day Air, or Next Day delivery. For 2nd Day and Next Day delivery, orders placed before 10 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day as long as product is available at that time. We take pride in shipping your orders on time as soon as we have received it within 24 hours. However, in case of very extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of NailArtDiva.com (transportation provider, bank or credit card payments, etc.), we will alert you to any shipping delays at the time of order. Should there be any delay associated with your order, we will notify you within 10 days after you have placed your order. 2. What are the shipping costs? For Standard Shipping (Shipped within 7-10 Business Days):
** For shipping to multiple addresses, the shipping fee table will have to apply again based on total order to be sent to that other shipping address. ***Applies only for fax or internet orders and received by 10 AM ET so we could process and ship same day. Sending orders via regular mail is typically standard shipping as we cannot guarantee when we receive your Order Form. 3. Do you ship internationally? Additional costs? For international deliveries, international shipping rates apply (see Shipping Table). 4. Can you send to a P.O. Box? Because of the size of the products and extra careful packaging we put into protecting your order, we do not recommended that the package to be shipped to a P.O. Box. 5. Can I get an item faster? (Next Day, etc.) Yes. For U.S. deliveries, we provide 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries (except Saturday), orders must be received before 10 AM ET so we could process it same day. For international deliveries, they usually are delivered within 8-10 business days upon receipt of order. 6. What is the status of my order? (Please provide method for finding order status or for handling this question.) We provide you the benefit of being able to track your order, checking status of your orders, and order history under My Account link. Please be sure to register should you want to take advantage of this tracking feature. 7. What carriers are available to ship my order? (if applicable/manageable) Our preferred carrier is UPS for U.S. including Canada orders and USPS for International orders. 8. Are the shipping fees the same regardless if the order ships USPS or UPS? Yes. 9. How are your gift cards printed? Are they a separate note or does it print on the invoice? If so does the gift recipient see how much the item costs? No. The gift recipient will not see how much the product costs. It will just include a packing slip and will have a gift note from the giver of which you will provide to us the content of your message. 10. Do you ship orders if one of the items is on backorder? What is the return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the product and any unused items within 30 days upon receipt of the product and fill out your reason for return in the enclosed return form. We will be glad to provide you with a full refund of the original amount of purchase minus shipping and handling (if applicable). Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid via e-gift card, a new e-gift card will be provided to you and will be emailed to you to the email address we have on file. If a customer refuses delivery do they receive a full refund including the shipping charges that they paid to have the order shipped? However, once the package arrives at the destination you have designated when you have placed the order, you can refuse the package and have it returned to us by marking the unopened package "Return to Sender". This way, you do not have to be charged for shipping it back and also we can refund you the full shipping charge when you originally ordered the product. 5. How do I cancel my order? PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY 1. How does the product work? Begin by applying a base coat using a standard nail polish available in the marketplace. Choose your nail art design from the metal templates and place the template on the printing device. Apply nail art polish to the template. Quickly move the head assembly over the template, quickly and very lightly press down (just like ringing a doorbell) on the plunger, quickly release, and move down the assembly over your finger. Quickly and lightly depress the plunger again, to transfer the design to your fingernail. Finally, use the topcoat to protect your nail for up to 7-10 days. 3. The sliding head assembly seems not to slide and glide smoothly when the metal squeegee hits the nail art metal template. Why is that? This is typical especially when the unit is new. At times when you feel it hard to slide, it needs a few uses to help. When you feel you are having difficult sliding it smoothly, this also means that the metal squeegee is properly aligned straight and will evenly touch the top surface of the nail art metal template to completely scrape off any excess nail art polish. When you experience this difficulty, it may feel uncomfortable for you to keep on sliding it all the way to the where the metal template is but keep trying it. The sound may annoy you when the metal squeegee gets in contact with the nail art metal template but that should be normal. In addition, over time after several uses, you will see that the metal template will have a lot of "scrape" marks on it. This will show you that the metal squeegee has been effective in scraping off excess nail art polish residue provide a clean transfer to your nail. As a result, it will not create blotches in your nail art imprints due to excess nail art polishes. Back to top |
